TRADE AND TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT
At the core of MNX technology is a customizable trade / transaction / order / request processing module that can operate in the cloud or on the blockchain, in traditional correspondent banking, cross border transaction, escrow, credit, reciprocal trade or crypto- currency transaction environments.
MNX utilizes the AJAX method to connect to servers reducing wait time and accommodating high-speed trading/order/request situations.
TRANSACTION LIFECYCLE REPORTING
MNX software was designed to monitor transaction progress and report on transaction updates, in real time, on web-based dashboards, or through automatically or manually generated PDF reports.
TRANSACTION AND ORDER MANAGEMENT
Transaction processes within the MNX platform can be fully or semi-automated.
For example, there is a marketplace module for buyers to bid on items for sale. The buyer finds an item in the catalogue/marketplace and indicates interest by clicking a button and entering an offer, including details about the price, quantity, terms and conditions. The seller receives a message indicating the potential sale. An interface is available allowing the seller to accept, deny, or present a counter offer. Once the offer is accepted, the necessary deliverables can be executed on an interface, and then the transaction is processed and exchange recorded in the accounts. Users are able to add files to the transaction along the transaction lifecycle and add additional parties or service providers involved in the transaction. The Exchange admin has an option to activate notifications of trades and the terms of the trade, and the admin may confirm/facilitate the completion of the trade.

MNX offers a Marketplace Module that provides:
Administrator access for managing the catalog and modifying listings categories and listings;
Client-side code to provide for the listing, browsing, searching, ordering and requesting of catalog items.
A user is able to list product and service offerings under a given catalog item. Other authenticated, authorized users may browse offered items, to express interest in an item, to request a particular product or service category, to buy listings and negotiate the price of listings, offering currency, alternative currency, crypto currency or other listings as payment. An administrative email notification may be sent to Exchange administrators and listing owners notifying the receiving party of a given request from the listing viewer/potential buyer. In that email, relevant information regarding the offeror and item offered, and person who is interested may be presented.
ACCOUNTING & PAY STREAM MANAGEMENT
Accounting features within MNX software support tracking pay flows and account balances. Administrators have abilities to record transactions and the record appears in necessary accounts. Software users may view their account status(es)and balance(s).
MNX developed a multi payer / multi payee pay stream which allows for the tracking of multiple funding sources being distributed to multiple destinations as a single event.
This methodology allows, for instance, the combination of one or more goods and/or services along with additional currency as a payer stream, and the collection of tax, broker fees and commissions, and net proceeds as payee streams. Each stream is defined either as a fixed value or as a fraction (percent) of the total value of the stream. This methodology adds an additional layer of detail to accounting to not only have a ledger, but to retain the entire history of each item in the ledger.

MNX contains multi-layered security and encryption strategies including patented technology years ahead of the industry standards. For instance, we employ role based redaction of visible data, tailored trustworthy space, attribute based access controls, multi-tiered encryption, multi-key institutional access, and authentication greater than the standard used in the industry.
MNX offers a suite of administrative features that can be configured in thousands of different ways to facilitate different business environments. Administrative features are related to transactions, user registrations, support requests, email templates, notification emails, users and companies, permissions and default settings, groups, company and user profiles, marketplace data taxonomy, files, user terms and conditions and policies, system applications, trade structures, reports, listings, and transactions.
MNX platform user management module includes authentication, authorization, grouping, security settings, general user preferences, transparency settings, privacy settings, user-to-user connection settings, product/service category settings, transaction settings and reporting settings.
CONTRACT AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
Contract and document management is available within the application framework for either admin or clients to upload and download files and set privacy and sharing settings.
COMPANY & USER PROFILES
For platform participants to list relevant information. Profiles also include files that a user uploads, listings for sale, and
requests that a user creates, and a ‘wall’ to write messages.
Allow various users within an instance to connect and share with each other. Once a company-to- company connection is created, all users within each company can connect and create connections on a P2P level.
A secure messaging module is available for user to user messaging or company to company messaging, via a web based or mobile application.
ASSET, RESOURCE, PRODUCT, SERVICE LISTINGS
Enable any platform user to post products, services, business opportunities, excess capacity,
underutilized capability, deficient capacity, and lack of capability as a Listings. The system has a Listing Builder that walks users through the process to build a listing.
REALTIME REPORTING / PDF REPORTS
Detailed reporting is available for both the admin and client users in the form of real-time web-based dashboards, emails, text messages or automatically generated PDF documents that can include tax documents, account statements, transaction confirmations, or custom KPI reports.
Notification Center offers a variety of templates for setting notifications internally within the secure messaging system or externally through email systems or other. The various templates notify users and admin of new activity related to their account, products, network, suppliers, or customers.
The MNX platform is able to connect seamlessly with external systems to push and pull data through an API, or authenticate users through existing directories.
